Desktop Services job at UofM

Medical School Information Services (MSIS) is looking for talented, engaged, and passionate individuals with broad range of technical skills to work in our Service Desk.

The Service Desk is the key to our service delivery model within MSIS – and is NOT your traditional help desk. We aim to resolve the majority of issues in a single interaction with our customers, starting with the Service Desk. Each day we fields calls and emails from across the Health System and the University on any of our products and services, so we train and staff with the very best people we can find. We are looking for people who not only have great skills and knowledge, but who embrace the higher goals of understanding how providing a great customer experience directly connects to the discoveries, clinical care and education that happens here every day.
