We will also discuss using the Personal Learning Network (PLN) to collaborate with other teaching professionals.

Teaching Technology Together

What is the relationship between the technology teacher and the general education teacher? Do the two roles support one another or are they strangers that see each other only when students are dropped off and picked up at the door? This session will focus on how to bridge the general education curriculum with the technology curriculum.

I Have Netbooks in my Classroom! Now What?

Hear the trials and triumphs of our experience piloting a 5th grade 1:1 netbook program. We will share our realistic and unrealistic expectations. We will also discuss tips and tricks of what to do when starting a program.

According to Beth, It is a “MACUL” kind of experience, but for only $75. Rushton Hurley and Steve Dembo are keynotes…conference details and conference¬† brochure.
